Blackhole is a next-generation decentralized exchange (DEX) built on the Avalanche blockchain, designed to act as a neutral liquidity hub supporting emerging Web3 projects, particularly in the gaming and AI sectors. It introduces an innovative model for pre-TGE liquidity creation, where both project teams and community members collaboratively fund liquidity pools to jumpstart engagement and price discovery. The protocol implements a refined vote-escrow tokenomics system based on ve(3,3), using two types of veNFTs, Singularity veNFTs and Supermassive veNFTs, to manage governance and emissions with long-term alignment. Blackhole also removes team and partner sell pressure through perma-locking and burning governance tokens. Its Genesis Pool offers a capital-efficient and community-driven liquidity bootstrapping alternative to conventional launchpads and LBPs, enhancing long-term price stability and project alignment. Participants can earn rewards, vote on emissions, and contribute to project growth by locking $BLACK tokens into veNFTs, which also serve as governance tools.
